Trilogy Audio has released a new monophonic power amplifier 994 , built according to a hybrid scheme.
A 6H6P lamp is used in the input stage, transistors are installed in the output stage, and the amplifier can operate in three switchable modes. In class AB, the amplifier produces 140 Watt at 8 Ohms, in pure class A – up to 20 Watt at 8 Ohm.
There is also a so-called economy mode ecoA, in which the output power is 30 Wattfor declared power.1.1 V, the input sensitivity is 200 kOhm at 4 Ohms. The amplifier has no overall negative feedback. The input impedance is 55 Watts at 8 Ohms and
