Recently, the full release of the largest update for the Windows 11 operating system – 23H2 – took place. Until now, it could only be installed on supported devices through Windows Update. Now the developers have released an ISO image of the new OS version for a clean installation.

“This option is suitable for users who intend to create bootable installation media (USB or DVD) or a virtual machine for subsequent installation of the Windows 11 operating system. The file is a multi-edit ISO, in which to use it you must enter the user’s activation key,” reads description on the official Microsoft website .

To download an ISO image, just select the only currently available Windows 11 option in the drop-down list – multi-edition ISO for x64 devices. After which, in fact, the downloading begins. The ISO file size is 6.2 GB. The operating system can only be installed on devices that meet the OS system requirements.
