Logi Dock

Several manufacturers are thinking of facilitating the experience of using people from their homes in times of remote work and looking for it through smaller devices that gather everything necessary in one place. Now the latest to join the trends is Logitech with its Logi Dock model .

Logi Dock is an all-in-one device designed to meet the new needs of a hybrid workplace reality after the global pandemic. Its operation allows not only to connect external equipment, but also to improve the quality of remote communications and integrated controls for quick actions.

Official Logi Dock Features

“When the pandemic struck, we spent an incredible amount of time with our end users to understand their needs and pain points in a work-from-home world. The result was Logi Dock, “said Scott Wharton, general manager and vice president of video collaboration at Logitech.

Thus, the Logi Dock is capable of connecting up to five devices via USB inputs and up to two monitors simultaneously , all while charging a laptop with a single cable connection. Its design makes it clear that it is a speaker , because it is also designed with meetings in mind with actions to quickly mute or disable video on Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.

When it comes to sound, Logitech has developed a built-in speakerphone with noise-canceling technology that makes it easy to participate in meetings without having to use a separate dedicated microphone or headset. Also its synchronization with the calendar through Logitech’s Logi Tune software allows it to light up to notify the user that a meeting is about to start and they can join with the touch of the dock.

Finally, the composition of the Logi Dock includes two USB-A 3.0 ports on the rear, along with two USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 ports, a DisplayPort, an HDMI port, reversible USB-C, a Kensington lock slot and a button. Bluetooth pairing. On the side there is also a USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 port.

To buy this model, you will have to pay a price of $ 399 and it will begin marketing this winter in two colors, white and graphite.
