One that would be built on Unreal Engine 5 and released in 2021 or 2022. Or, if Bethesda decided to release not another re-release, but a full-fledged remake of the legendary RPG, which celebrated its 10th anniversary this year.

But this is unlikely. Moving to the UE5 rails would take a very long time, as much as creating a new game. 

Herr Gomme shows a small section. We see the village of Riverwood. Looks amazing. But, unfortunately, this is just a video, a full-fledged Skyrim with such picture quality does not exist. And no amount of mods and 8K resolution will help you come close to this level of rendering.
