The author of YouTube channel Digital Dreams showed what you can expect with a powerful gaming PC in a deeply modified version of the cult role-playing game The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. The system is powered by AMD’s top Ryzen 9 7950X processor, flagship GeForce RTX 4090 graphics, and 32GB of RAM.
Almost 1.5 thousand mods are installed on top of the standard version of Skyrim. Some improve the gameplay, others change the quality of the graphics. Ray tracing effects have also been added to the game. But, thanks to the high power of the PC, there are no brakes – in 4K the game produces more than 60 frames per second.
All this stuff makes Skyrim feel like it’s a next-generation game. YouTuber notes the high quality of vegetation, character models, environment. In addition, at night you can see the amazing northern lights, which was not in the original version.
