Edifier NeoBuds Pro: Hi-Res Certified TWS Earbuds

According to Edifier, its NeoBuds Pro headphones will be the world’s first TWS model with active noise canceling and Hi-Res certification. For the sound in NeoBuds Pro, a bundle of a speaker (it works out low frequencies) and a Knowles armature radiator, working on the top, is responsible. Moreover, the distribution of roles between the emitters is implemented as an active crossover based on DSP.

Active noise cancellation NeoBuds Pro is promised at up to 42 dB – 10 decibels above the market average. Edifier claims that this result is achieved through intelligent algorithms. Each earphone is equipped with three microphones. In conversation mode, two of them work to capture voice, and the third is needed, for example, to suppress wind noise.

Naturally for the Edifier product, NeoBuds Pro support game mode. To do this, they received a certified LHDC codec. With it, Bluetooth works with low latency and high definition. In addition to support for Hi-Res audio, a frequency range of up to 40 kHz is also promised.

Together with the Edifier NeoBuds Pro charging case, it will work for a day, and in 10 minutes of fast charging you can add an hour of phone calls. The durability of the novelty is confirmed by the compliance with the requirements of the certificate of dust and water resistance IP54. The body is black with red elements (partially backlit), which continues the tradition of the brand. A mobile application is provided for setting up and updating NeoBuds Pro.

The price of Edifier NeoBuds Pro is not yet known – the manufacturer offers to register on the headphone website for a maximum discount of 42% in Super Early Bird status when NeoBuds Pro appears as a project on the Indiegogo crowdfunding site.
