The new FiiO FH15 in-ear headphones have a three-way configuration that uses two different types of drivers – dynamic and reinforcing.
Each earpiece has four emitters. A dynamic driver with a 10 mm carbon fiber diaphragm and a neodymium magnet system provides low-frequency response, one Knowles 30262 reinforcing transducer is responsible for the mids, while high frequencies are entrusted to two Knowles 33518 transducers . The bass driver is loaded with S. Turbo ‘s proprietary tube system .
The headphone housings are CNC-machined from aluminum alloy and come with a set of acoustic filters, each providing a different sound signature. The headphones come with 18 pairs of silicone and memory foam ear pads.
The detachable MMCX cable has silver-plated monocrystalline copper strands and interchangeable 3.5mm and 4.4mm mini-jacks. The sensitivity of the model is 112 dB , the nominal impedance is 16 Ohm . The weight of one earphone excluding cable is 6.6 grams .
