HiFiMan has unveiled the new HE-R9 full-size closed-back headphones . They followed the HE-R7DX model .
A feature of the novelty can be considered the use of rare earth magnets. Combined with the classic topology diaphragm, they provide high sensitivity headphones for high frequency reproduction up to 35 Hz.
HiFiMan HE-R9 operate in the frequency range of 15 – 35,000 Hz at a sensitivity of 100 dB and an impedance of 32 ohms.
“We originally introduced Topology Diaphragm in a dynamic closed design last year in our R10D dynamic driver reference headphones,” said Fang Bian , founder and CEO of HIFIMAN Electronics. “This latest version uses a similar design in headphones that have a lower price, but in terms of sound characteristics, they are almost comparable to their older brother.
The high-quality memory foam in the headband, which is made of steel, provides maximum comfort and does not cause discomfort during prolonged wear.
