Microsoft Unveils New Xbox Wireless Headset Available March 16
Microsoft will release a new $ 99 wireless headset next month. This is the company’s first device in this category since the Xbox 360. The headset is designed to connect to Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S consoles, as well as to PCs and mobile devices via Bluetooth.
The design of the new items includes improvements in almost everything that is available today in wired and wireless headsets for Xbox One. Microsoft relied on Surface headphones for its development, in particular, used similar rotary cup adjusters that allow you to adjust the volume in games and audio chats.
The new wireless headset is designed according to the Xbox Series X | S design. The headphones have a light base, large leather ear cushions and an adjustable, padded headband. The device supports Windows Sonic, Dolby Atmos and DTS Headphone: X surround sound technologies. Microsoft has also worked to improve microphone quality for headset use in Xbox voice chats. She has two microphones with voice focusing and noise canceling. It is possible to simultaneously connect the headset to a smartphone and console, which will allow you to listen to music or answer calls while playing.
The manufacturer promises up to 15 hours of battery life. The wireless headset is powered by a battery that takes three hours to fully charge, and a 30-minute charge will last for four hours. Microsoft has also updated the Xbox Accessories app to include additional settings such as equalizer, bass boost, microphone monitoring, backlight brightness, and more.
