Sennheiser presented an inexpensive model of on-ear wireless headphones Sennheiser Accentum Wireless with hybrid active noise reduction technology. The new product is equipped with 37 mm dynamic drivers and is optimized for the ANC noise reduction system, reducing cacophony from various outside noises through a combination of high-quality passive isolation and hidden wideband microphones.
Sennheiser Accentum wireless on-ear headphones support Bluetooth version 5.2, aptX HD, AAC and SBC codecs, as well as multipoint connectivity. One battery charge will last for 50 hours, and just 10 minutes of “fast charging” will provide another 5 hours of listening. The included USB-C charging cable can turn wireless headphones into wired ones in cases where Bluetooth is not enabled or enabled.
Sennheiser Accentum wireless headphones are equipped with two microphones and a special wind suppression mode. The Multipoint feature is capable of switching the active wireless connection from one Bluetooth device to another without the need to re-pair.
Control of Accentum functions is intuitive thanks to the convenient location of the control buttons on the cups and the proprietary smartphone application. The Smart Control app enhances your headphone experience with a simple visual user interface, from managing Bluetooth connections and features to experimenting with the 5-band equalizer. Smart Control can also save user settings and install firmware updates.
The Sennheiser Accentum Wireless on-ear headphones will be offered in black and white finishes with sand-colored accents. Pre-orders for the new product in black have already begun to be accepted, and deliveries will begin on October 4. The white version will begin shipping at the end of November. The recommended retail price for the Sennheiser Accentum wireless headphones is €179.90 in Europe
