British company Cambridge Audio ‘s StreamMagic series of components has been expanded with two new models – AXN10 and MXN10 .
The main difference between the models is in size: the Cambridge Audio AXN10 is housed in a traditional full-length cabinet, while the Cambridge Audio MXN10 is a more compact solution. The functional equipment of both models is identical – the digital-to-analog converter is built on the ES9033Q chip from ESS Saber and can work with PCM 32 bit / 768 kHz digital signals and native DSD512 .
Both models support UPnP and are certified Roon Ready , support for multi-room platforms Chromecast, Spotify Connect, Apple AirPlay 2 is also announced. All functions are controlled using the proprietary application StreamMagic .
The Cambridge Audio AXN10 and MXN10 streamers will be available in the European market in March 2023. Retail prices will be as follows: Cambridge Audio AXN10 will cost 599 euros , and Cambridge Audio MXN10 will cost 499 euros .
