FiiO M11 Plus: Five play modes and Snapdragon 660 processor

New from FiiO – the M11 Plus audio player – runs on Android 10 and has a 24-bit 1440 × 720 display on the entire front panel. It inherits many of the features of the M11 Pro from two years ago.

Despite the industrial fires and the subsequent shortage of components, this powerful portable audio player is based on the AK4497EQ dual DAC. The output is THX AAA-78 amplification with error correction technology, and the 8-core Snapdragon 660 processor is responsible for system control and signal processing.

All of this is located in the modular compartments of a common housing, made with enhanced protection against interference. A femtosecond crystal oscillator is installed in the system. The parameters of the quality of the outputted audio from the M11 Plus look serious: the reproducible frequency range is 20–92,000 Hz with the THD + noise parameter equal to 0.00146% and channel separation of 111 dB.

The new product supports digital audio formats PCM, DoP and D2P (up to 32 bit / 384 kHz) plus DSD (up to 2.8224 MHz). The 64GB onboard flash memory can be expanded with a microSD card with a maximum capacity of 2TB.

Music from FiiO M11 Plus can be listened to in five modes: using third-party applications in Android mode, with the purest possible signal Pure Music, using a connection to a computer in USB DAC mode or in Bluetooth mode (version 5.0 and Airplay mode are supported). There is also support for MQA 8-x.
