In 2022, the audiophile-appreciated company expanded its portfolio with the high-fidelity LEAK STEREO 230 integrated amplifier. The new model has been designed according to the principles of performance, reliability and craftsmanship. It combines modern performance with outstanding classic design, which is the company’s signature style.
LEAK has put in a lot of effort to fully meet the needs of today’s music lovers. The LEAK STEREO 230’s digital circuitry shows the level of quality you would expect from a separate external D/A converter, let alone an integrated amplifier.
The STEREO 230 guarantees superb detail, consistency and dynamics. It handles music and movie soundtracks equally well. The model is ideally combined with a wide range of sources and has a solid power-to-weight ratio. Its output power is 115 watts per channel (4 ohms). It also offers the newly introduced HDMI ARC connection feature in LEAK devices to realize the highest quality sound in various AV scenarios.
The LEAK STEREO 230 can be connected to a wide range of analog and digital sources thanks to the variety of inputs. The MM phono stage allows you to directly connect turntables with an MM head.
Audiophiles will appreciate the guaranteed low noise sound quality. Optimized for moving magnet cartridges, JFET-based circuitry provides precise RIAA equalization to industry standards for vinyl playback.
Music can also be streamed to the LEAK STEREO 230 from any Bluetooth device, such as portable music players, tablets or smartphones, via the built-in aptX and AAC Bluetooth codec.
The headphone port on the LEAK STEREO 230 uses a special circuit with feedback technology. It has the same performance as standalone headphone amplifiers, including high-speed output.
Featuring ESS Technology’s 32-bit HyperStream architecture chip ES9038Q2M and jitter suppressor, the LEAK STEREO 230 offers ultra-low noise and wide dynamic range digital audio files up to 768kHz (PCM) and DSD512.
