NAD CI 16-60 DSP – A 16 Channel Installation Amplifier

According to the manufacturer, the CI 16-60 DSP multi-channel installation amplifier from NAD was created with the expectation of high-quality sound, reliability and functionality that simplifies the installer’s work.

There are 16 channels of 60 W each (8 Ohm) on board. If necessary, each pair of channels can operate in bridged mode with a power of 140 watts. The amplifier is based on a proprietary hybrid circuit.

The CI 16-60 DSP output stage is based on an optimized Hypex UcD module for minimal distortion and noise. According to NAD, the entire circuit has been meticulously tweaked and tailored to accommodate multi-channel projects that use “complex” speakers and long cables.

The features of the model also included DSP calibration through a special application, several operating modes, the presence of the Eco Mode function to save energy, the ability to automatically turn on / off, IP connection / control and a 2U rack case.

In the US market, the RRP of the CI 16-60 DSP amplifier is $ 2,500.
