The Swiss company Wattson Audio has announced the release of a new model of a digital-to-analog converter with a built-in Madison streamer.
The component is housed in a compact case, entirely machined from billet aluminum. The design of the DAC uses separate chips for each of the channels, and the presence of a LEEDH volume control allows you to connect the device directly to a power amplifier or active speakers.
The device provides optical and coaxial digital outputs, as well as two pairs of analog outputs – unbalanced on RCA and balanced on XLR. There is a 6.35mm jack for connecting headphones. The device weighs a little over one kilogram and is made in Switzerland.
The Wattson Audio Madison digital-to-analog converter is sold on the European market for 3,199 euros .
