iiiF150 R2022: A behemoth with 8,300 mAh battery and NFC

What is missing from your current smartphone? Surely you have thought about a little more autonomy, right? It seems that the battery is an issue that does not leave any of us satisfied. We use the phone more and more and it seems that it lasts less and less. But really it’s not so. The key is that today’s phones consume much more resources than before, when we just used them to call and send an SMS from time to time. The use that is given to it today is not the same, for that reason, although the batteries have grown, they have not done it in consonance … in most cases. And we say this because today we want to tell you about the  world premiere of the iiiF150 R2022 , a smartphone that stands out for its octagonal design but that conquers thanks to its incredible battery.

If you are looking for a smartphone around 200 euros and you want it to be robust and with great autonomy, keep reading. We will tell you below everything about this terminal so that you can assess whether it is a good purchase option … or not.

IiiF150 R2022 layout and display

The first thing that stands out in this iiiF150 R2022  is its octagonal shapes and its great robustness. It is called to be one of those “resistant smartphones” designed for those who need a hard phone that does not break at the first fall or hit. It is available in various colors,  white, gold and black (also called Volcanic, Steel or Sahara), and it has an on-screen punch-hole camera and a horizontally arranged rear camera module.

But if something stands out is its screen. It is the first rugged smartphone in the world that has a  6.78-inch screen with Full HD +  resolution  and  90 Hz screen refresh. Thanks to this, it will have a good behavior if you also want to use it to play online or watch multimedia content. The brightness reaches  500 nits , a spectacular figure so that you can use it both outdoors and indoors and that the quality of vision of the screen remains the same.

Of course, its robustness also makes it something big and heavy. Its dimensions are  170.5 x 82.5 x 15.5 mm and its weight is  350 grams . We conclude this section highlighting that has  certified  IP89 / 69K / MIL-STD-810G providing resistance military grade. It resists falls, blows, dust, water … It even withstands temperatures between -20ºC and 70ºC. An all terrain.

Cameras with night vision

This type of ruggedized phones usually bring some curious detail. In the case of cameras, we would mention that one of its lenses has night vision. The set of its rear cameras is equipped by  a 64 MP main camera, a 2 MP macro camera and a 20 MP night vision camera . In addition, it incorporates two infrared lights. The objective is that these cameras can take both panoramic and detailed shots, with a distance of just 4 cm. The colors collected by the photographs are vivid and bright and it also allows you to do portrait mode and take night photos. It is not the best camera on the market and this is something you should take into account, but the truth is that in relation to quality – price it is not bad at all.

For its part, the front camera has  16 MP .

Performance, connectivity, battery and extras

If we talk about its hardware, we find a fairly well balanced model. It has an MTK 6785 processor  with eight cores at 2.0 GHz maximum clock frequency. The GPU is a  Mali G76 , while its RAM is  8 GB  and its internal storage is  128 GB  (expandable via memory card up to an  additional 256 GB ). All this, combined with  Android 11 , offers good value for money and a user experience that lives up to expectations.

We cannot forget his mammoth battery. With  8,300 mAh  and charging via  USB-C, you can have the peace of mind that, under normal conditions, your mobile should last several days without going through the boxes.

Regarding connectivity, we find a good assortment:  NFC for mobile payments, FM radio, Dual SIM (nano + nano), GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, A-GPS, 3.5 mm jack, 4G, WiFi 802.11 a / b / g / n / ac and Bluetooth 5.0.

As a curious fact, you can unlock it with its  fingerprint sensor or with  facial recognition.
