OPPO introduced the A58 smartphone. Outwardly, a rather nice and stylish novelty is built on the basis of the Dimensity 700 single-chip system and runs ColorOS 12.1, based on Android 12.

OPPO A58 is made in a thin body with rounded corners. It measures 7.99mm thick and weighs 188g. It features a 6.56-inch HD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. There is a waterdrop notch at the top center for the 8-megapixel camera. The main camera on the back is highlighted by a kind of island with the inscription “Innovation AI Camera”, which makes the smartphone not so boring. OPPO A58 is available in three memory configurations – 6/128 GB, 8/128 GB and 8/256 GB. All versions have a slot for microSD cards, if someone does not have enough storage space.

In terms of photo and video capabilities, a 50MP camera is responsible for this, although early rumors indicated that the OPPO A58 will have a 108MP module. He is accompanied by a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The battery has a standard capacity of 5000 mAh for modern smartphones. Charging is via a USB-C port and the maximum power supported is 33W. Other specs include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, 5G cellular connectivity, a 3.5mm headphone jack, IP54 dust and water resistance, and dual speakers with DIRAC audio support.

The Oppo A58 has quite decent specs for its class, while the price is not bad.
