The Redmi company is revealing details about its future new product – the Redmi K70E smartphone, which will receive high performance, 1.5K display resolution with 120 Hz, and 90 W charging. And also 16 GB of RAM. The smartphone will also receive the new Xiaomi HyperOS operating system. The smartphone will work with a 64 MP main camera with an OIS optical image stabilization system, as well as two additional modules: 8 MP with wide-angle optics and an additional 2 MP.
One of the main innovations of the smartphone is the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra processor, which is equipped with a large vapor chamber with an area of 5000 mm 2 .
This chip is made on a 4nm process technology and uses four Arm Cortex-A715 cores and four Cortex-A510 cores, as well as a Mali-G615 GPU. It is 60% more powerful and 55% more efficient than the GPU in last year’s Dimensity 8200. Performance in AI tasks has also been significantly improved. There is support for 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, the ability to record 4K/60 video, UFS 4.0 memory and LPDDR5X-8533 RAM.
The hardware combination allows you to get a performance of 1.5 million points in AnTuTu. This is a record figure for sub-flagship models tested in AnTuTu.
The smartphone display supports 12-bit color depth and a diagonal of 6.67 inches. The panel resolution is 2712×1220.
Redmi K70E will be the first Xiaomi smartphone to support the Xiaomi Starfish algorithm, which allows you to extend battery life: the effective battery capacity after 1000 discharge/charge cycles will be at least 90%.
Redmi K70E will receive a plastic frame and support for 90-watt charging, 16 GB of RAM and Android 14.
It was previously reported that the flagship smartphones of Xiaomi, Oppo and Vivo will receive an inch Sony LYT900 sensor . The sub-flagship level sensor – Sony LYT800/808 (optical format 1/1.43 inches) will be received by new Oppo, OnePlus and Realme smartphones. In particular, it reports that the OnePlus 12 model may receive the matrix. Simpler sensors (models: LYT700, LYT600 and LYT500) will be received by ZTE, Vivo, Xiaomi entry-level and mid-level smartphones.
