The announcement of new Xiaomi smartphones is expected this week, and it was hoped that the Redmi Pad tablet would debut along with them. However, recent rumors indicate that the presentation of the device will take place in October. Be that as it may, a number of leaks have already given an idea of what to expect from the first Redmi tablet.

Along with this, the Kuwaiti division of Xiaomi accidentally lit up his image in one of the social networks. The post was promptly deleted, but the photo was saved and published by news resources.

According to the image, Redmi Pad will look exactly the same as on earlier leaks. By the way, in the published photo it is presented in Mint Green, but there will be two more colors: Graphite Gray and Moonlight Silver.

The Pricebaba resource claims that the tablet will receive two memory configurations: 3 / 64 GB and 4 / 64 GB, thereby refuting the rumors about the 4 / 128 GB version. The device is also credited with a mid-range MediaTek MT8781 chipset that has two Cortex-A76 cores (2.2GHz), six Cortex-A55 cores (2.0GHz) and a Mali-G57 MC2 graphics accelerator.

Most likely, it could be Helio G99. Other specs include an 11.2-inch 2K LCD, a 7800mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging, an 8MP main camera, and MIUI Pad 13 operating system based on Android 12. There may be four speakers, making it a good choice for watching movies.

As for the price, the tablet will cost from 71.9 Kuwaiti dinars, which is approximately $230
