CanonRumors reports that a fisheye zoom similar to the similar EF lens will soon be available on the RF-mount . It will be a “completely new” optical design that will work great on both crop and full frame cameras. The EF 8-15mm f/4L USM has been a fairly popular niche lens and the RF version is expected to keep the same focal lengths.
Canon EF 8-15mm f/4L USM
Canon currently only has the RF 5.2mm f/2.8L USM Dual Fisheye for VR/AR, at least that’s how it’s positioned. And it is not yet noticeable that it is popular for photography.
One of the strengths of the EF line has been “niche” lenses such as the zoom fisheye, the MP-E 65mm, and arguably the best line of tilt-shift optics.
The company is rumored to be preparing new tilt-shift lenses that will somehow have autofocus, and it is reported that these lenses will appear as early as this month.

The MP-E 65mm f/2.8 1x-5x has had a lot of fans and we expect Canon to look at this lens in the future, but there’s no word yet on that.
