TTArtisan has introduced the new TTArtisan 100mm F2.8 Soap Bubble Bokeh manual lens for full-frame mirrorless cameras, which instead of fixing what is usually called a defect, maintains it – bokeh in the form of soap bubbles.
A full frame lens has a simple optical design with just three elements. The company also does not mention the use of any special elements that would likely interfere with the effect of “bubbles” in out-of-focus areas. The aperture range is from f/2.8 to f/22. The thread diameter for the filter is 49 mm.
The more aperture blades you use, the more rounded the bokeh or out-of-focus area will look. The usual number of petals in optics is nine. The 13 petals of the TTArtisan 100mm F2.8 contribute to a particularly rounded bokeh which, combined with the soap bubble effect, creates bright and almost perfectly round balls.
“The TTArtisan 100mm f2.8 lens is specifically designed to capture breathtaking portraits with distinctive bokeh and a seductive nostalgic feel. Breathtaking bubble bokeh will give your photos a dreamy, ethereal look, making them stand out from the rest . – Infuse your photography with a vintage and painterly aesthetic that will bring a unique creative touch to your work, turning every shot into a work of art. The metal body of the lens provides strength and durability .
The lens has a minimum focus distance of 90cm, a 24-degree field of view, and an M42 mount makes it easy to adapt to all mirrorless cameras, including Sony E, Canon RF, Fujifilm X, Nikon Z, and Leica L. TTArtisan adds that it can be used with an adapter and with Leica M, Nikon F and Canon EF cameras.
