In addition to the top flagships, Xiaomi also presented an updated fitness tracker Mi Band 6. Large display, a bunch of operating modes, excellent autonomy and, as always, a nice price tag. Let’s move on to the details.
The main innovation is a large 1.56-inch AMOLED screen on the entire front side of the tracker. This made it possible to display 50% more information. And not the least role in this was played by the pixel density per square inch – 326 ppi. Accordingly, you can put both stock wallpapers and your own photos on the screensaver.
Xiaomi Mi Band 6 recognizes 30 sports and 6 different activities. In addition, he is able to monitor health indicators: heart rate (in a 24-hour format), sleep, women’s cycles, breathing, and so on. Of course, the capsule is protected from being immersed in water to a depth of 50 meters.
Without recharging, Mi Band 6 can do about 14 days, and you need to charge the tracker using magnetic charging, as was the case in the previous generation.
Xiaomi Mi Band 6 prices are relevant so far only for the Chinese market:
- the regular version will cost about $35
- a model with an NFC tag will cost $40
