JBL L75ms: Wooden speaker for streaming high definition music

The renowned manufacturer of portable audio equipment, JBL , has unveiled the new JBL L75ms speaker system  . It has a wooden case and is designed for streaming high definition music content.

Inside the cabinet are two 1-inch titanium dome tweeters, a pair of 5.25-inch woofers and one 4-inch midrange driver. All this is complemented by waveguides and a 32-bit / 192 kHz DAC.

To transmit the audio signal, Bluetooth , Apple AirPlay 2 and Chromecast technologies are used . Also, users will find the connector HDMI with support for ERAC , mini jack 3.5 mm phono stage and to work in the turntable. It is possible to connect an external subwoofer.

The JBL L75ms speaker system  will be available no earlier than Q4 2021. Its price is $ 1,500 .
