Porsche Design releases 911 Soundbar 2.0 as part of the 992 GT3 exhaust system

A few years ago, Porsche already produced an audio system whose casing was made from a 911 GT3 exhaust pipe. This year, Porsche Design introduced the 911 Soundbar 2.0, which also uses a piece of a car exhaust system, but this time from the Porsche 992 GT3.

The 911 Soundbar 2.0 with metal casing delivers up to 300W of power in 2.1.2 configuration (supporting Dolby Atmos and DTS-HD). The total weight of the device was 65 kg – more than three times more than the first version. Through HDMI, the novelty passes video through itself up to 4K. You can also connect sources via Bluetooth, Apple AirPlay, Chromecast to it.

There is also support for Spotify Connect. Together with other compatible products ( 911 Soundbar Special Edition , 911 Soundbar Final Edition and future ones), the 911 Soundbar 2.0 can be combined into a multi-room.

At the same time, the 911 Soundbar 2.0 is undoubtedly unique, if only because the circulation of the device will be only 500 pieces. Pre-ordering new items on the Porsche Design website will last no later than until the end of the year. In the US, the Porsche Design 911 Soundbar 2.0 was priced at $12,000.
