Rosso Fiorentino has introduced a new model of floor-standing acoustic systems ARNO40 , named after the Arno River, which flows through the company’s hometown.
The high-frequency range is entrusted to the tweeter, borrowed from the flagship model of Siena acoustics. The rest of the frequency range is reproduced by four 5.5-inch drivers, specially designed for the ARNO40 model and designed for high power levels. The speakers work in a phase-inverted acoustic design with ports located downwards and on the rear wall of the case.
The complex cabinet is constructed using a variety of materials using a layer-limiting technique, resulting in a nearly resonance-free structure, and the cabinets are entirely made in Italy. The speakers are offered in basic piano black or walnut veneer finishes, but custom-made speakers are available in several types of leather, lacquer colors, and carbon fiber panels. The Rosso Fiorentino ARNO40 speakers have a suggested retail price of $15,000 per pair in their base finishes . Custom leather or lacquer finishes in different colors cost an additional $1,600 , and carbon fiber costs $2,400 .
