On Sunday, August 26, HONOR, the former sub-brand of the Chinese company Huawei, released its new tablet called the HONOR Pad V7. The tablet joined the HONOR Pad V7 Pro released a month ago.
The design of the new HONOR Pad V7 inherited from the Pro version. It is housed in an aluminum body and is available in three colors. The front of the tablet has a 10.4-inch display with 2K resolution and a refresh rate of up to 90 Hz. The screen occupies 84% of the bezel, and the bezels around it are only 7.9 mm thick.
The device is based on the Kompanio 900T chipset from MediaTek, designed specifically for tablet computers and light laptops. To effectively remove heat from the processor, the manufacturer has provided a cooling system. Other features of the HONOR Pad V7 include stereo speakers and support for the Magic Pencil 2 and an exclusive wireless Bluetooth keyboard.
The HONOR Pad V7 is now available for pre-order. The Wi-Fi version will go on sale next Thursday, September 30, and the 5G model will hit the market a little later. The price of the new tablet starts at 1,999 yuan, or $ 309 for the basic version with Wi-Fi, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
Exactly the same model, but with 8 GB of RAM, it will cost 2,299 yuan or $ 355. And the configuration with 5G support is priced by the manufacturer at 2,599 yuan or $ 402. The Bluetooth keyboard and stylus need to be purchased separately for 399 Yuan or $ 62 and 549 Yuan or $ 85, respectively.
