Amazon One – Contactless hand payment launched in New York

Amazon One

The biometric payment system for purchases Amazon One has been launched at the Amazon Go brand store in New York. To pay for goods automatically, you just need to swipe your palm over the scanner installed at the entrance.

Of course, you must first register with the service and enter all your required data. Amazon One currently operates in 21 stores in the United States, but third-party retailers are reluctant to use it to make the shopping experience easier for customers. However, the process of spreading technology is gradually going on, and soon it can replace the usual gadgets and maps.
