BluOS 3.16 Update: Dolby Atmos Multi-Mode for Bluesound Pulse Soundbar + and Tunify Access
Lenbrook International has updated its BluOS multi-room system to version 3.16, and this was done on the eve of the true holiday of American buyers – Black Friday. In particular, the updated Bluesound Pulse Soundbar + will receive Dolby Atmos compatibility – naturally, this will increase their competitiveness.
Moreover, Dolby Atmos in Pulse Soundbar + will receive as many as three virtualization profiles: Cinema, Music and Late Night. Also, the effect can be simply turned off. In addition to Dolby Atmos playback encoded in the soundtrack, the system is said to be able to create a realistic effect, even if the corresponding signal is not encoded in the audio track.
“BluOS 3.16 firmware brings a variety of immersive effects to the Bluesound Pulse Soundbar + to enhance every possible listening experience,” said Andrew Haines, BluOS Product Manager.
In addition, the BluOS 3.16 update will add Tunify to the list of internet music services available on BluOS. This platform provides commercially licensed music to business users. Collections are assembled according to a specific atmosphere or mood that needs to be created, for example, in the customer service area.
