Google Photos has become even more functional offline

Despite the fact that the Google Photos cloud service will soon cease to be unlimited, it still remains one of the best options for organizing and storing photos and videos. Until now, it had one significant drawback – the inability to add pictures to albums before they are uploaded to the cloud. Now everything has changed: you can already create albums and transfer photos and videos there without preliminary uploading, as well as without an Internet connection.

Adding content without backup works for both existing and new albums. The changes made will be synchronized as soon as the user is connected to the Internet again. The process itself takes place in the same way as in the online mode.

The changes seem to be being made on the server side and are already available in the latest versions of the Google Photos app. If there is no new function, then the update is taking place in stages, and you will have to wait for your turn.
