Bang & Olufsen Beosound Theater starting at $6,890 doubles as a soundbar and motorized TV stand
2-in-1: Bang & Olufsen Beosound Theater Dolby Atmos starting at $6,890 doubles as a soundbar and motorized TV stand
At IFA 2022, Bang & Olufsen unveiled the Beosound Theater Dolby Atmos soundbar, which doubles as a stylish speaker and motorized TV stand. The design of the soundbar was inspired by sailboats.
Beosound Theater is an all-in-one sound system. It contains 12 speakers at once, including two 6.5-inch woofers. And yet the novelty can become the heart of the Dolby Atmos 7.1.4 surround sound system with seven built-in outputs and support for up to 16 external speakers. If desired, the soundbar can be purchased separately from the stand. Possibility of wall fastening is provided. And also, if necessary, it is possible to replace the soundbar in the future.
The Beosound Theater Dolby Atmos Interface Arm is motorized, allowing the TV to rotate so users can find the best viewing angle. The device contains a compartment in which you can hide cables and TV boxes.
The Bang & Olufsen Beosound Theater Dolby Atmos soundbar is available in several finishes, although details have yet to be revealed. It is only known that the version with fabric trim will be sold at a price of $6890, and the version with a wooden surface – $7990. Sales will start on October 1st.
