Sony introduced the Bravia XR OLED A80K TV series, which includes three models: XR-55A80K (55 inches), XR-65A80K (65 inches) and XR-77A80K (77 inches).
The Sony Bravia XR OLED A80K is capable of displaying over a billion colors and is equipped with a 4K resolution OLED screen supporting 120fps. In addition to supporting Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) and HDR, there is a dedicated Game Mode when connected via HDMI 2.1.
The Bravia XR OLED A80K TV series features Acoustic Surface Audio+, which projects audio directly from the screen. To create sound that moves with the picture, three mechanisms vibrate behind the TV. In addition, two actuators on the sides amplify the high frequency sound. The left and right subwoofers enhance the bass.
The TV also has IMAX Enhanced and Bravia CORE Calibrated modes. The A80K series TVs offer Netflix, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos adaptive calibration mode. In addition, the series supports XR Surround and Acoustic Surface Audio+ technologies.
TVs have received a camera, users can use gesture control, proximity alerts, voice chat and other features. In addition, there is a smart remote, support for Google Assistant, Google TV interface and voice search.
The 65-inch model costs $3,300, while the 77-inch model is priced at $6,900.
