OnePlus has just announced a triumvirate of new devices arriving immediately on the European market. We are talking about the new OnePlus Nord 2T, Nord CE 2 Lite and Nord Buds headphones . This time we will focus on getting to know the first, which is emerging as a fairly competitive mid-premium range in 2022 and above all, it inspires confidence thanks to its brand.
OnePlus Nord 2T
The OnePlus Nord 2T opens its bet with a 6.43-inch AMOLED screen , which provides Full HD + resolution in combination with a 90hz refresh rate and support for the HDR10 + standard. It is an AMOLED panel, so naturally it incorporates a fingerprint reader.
Inside it has the 3GHz MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chip , one of the best chips that its manufacturer currently offers. In terms of memory and internal storage, there are two options: 8GB + 128GB or 12GB + 256GB . Powering the whole we find a 4,500mAh battery that does not impress with its capacity, but it does with 80W fast charging .
If we talk about operating systems, we come across Android 12 in the company of OnePlus’ user interface, OxygenOS 12.1 . If we talk about connectivity, then obviously we are facing a 5G mobile equipped with the latest standards, such as Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1 and GPS.
In photographic matters, the OnePlus Nord 2T boasts a triple rear camera headed by a 50MP SONY IMX766 sensor with optical image stabilization . Backing up that sensor we get an 8MP (120°) ultra wide angle and a 2MP macro camera. Meanwhile, the selfie camera makes use of a 32MP sensor with EIS .
Availability and price
The OnePlus Nord 2T is now available for reservation at a price of $400 for the 8GB + 128GB version, while the 12GB + 256GB version is sold for $500.
