As part of the event, TCL announced the imminent launch of a new wave of “large screens” based on mini-LED and QLED. In support of this statement, a prototype 98-inch gaming TV was shown to the general public, which supports a screen refresh rate of 240 Hz, which is quite impressive for models of this size.

Some items of TCL’s exposition at the exhibition have already been presented earlier. This applies to the Real RGB LCD-VR display with a pixel density of 1700 PPI. Here you can also see the 8K display, which is designed for glasses and replaces the 65-inch display.

TCL also showed a 65-inch OLED display, created in partnership with JOLED using inkjet printing. The manufacturer claims that the use of inkjet printing technology allows you to create panels with higher resolution and a wider color range, as well as improved energy efficiency. In addition to this, the developers showed a prototype of a 14-inch tablet computer with a flexible screen that can unfold and collapse.
